A review of Brändön Lodge - Tailor Made by Irene GrantWhat was the most memorable part of your holiday? Dog-sledding was a unique experience and definitely our favourite. But all the activities we undertook were very good: snow-mobile; cross-country skiing; snow-shoeing; Sami & reindeer experience; evening sleigh ride; Arctic astronomy. We were also very lucky and saw the Northern Lights on two evenings.

Read more lovely surprise! Our friendly transfer was there waiting to meet us at the airport to take us to the hotel and when we arrived we were blown away at how lovely it was. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere was just perfect. Our room was also just right. It was warm, very clean and modern with a cosy Scandinavian feel. Our activities were all organised for us and set out perfectly. They were all absolutely fantastic and better than we could ever have imagined. The guides were excellent and everything we did was such fun. The highlight for us was visiting the reindeer farm, not just because of the reindeer but because of the lady who welcomed us so warmly into her home and showed us how a reindeer herder family lives. It was so interesting, we learnt a lot and were so inspired by her way of life. The food at the hotel was great. Self service kept the atmosphere relaxed, but the waiting staff were on hand and so friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and healthy with a good variety of options. We honestly couldn't fault any aspect of the trip. It was organised to perfection and will forever be in our memories.

A review of Northern Lights Village Levi - Aurora Cabin Escape by Katrina CollieWhat was the most memorable part of your holiday? Lying in bed watching the Northern Lights. What was your favourite activity? Each activity we booked was great....10km Huskies was great fun. We listened to the Guides and wrapped up. We had the first trip in the morning, so cut the tracks, which was brilliant, as it got light as we crossed the open area.
