Lauren is one of the sales team here at The Aurora Zone and was extremely excited to join the company as it has always been a dream of hers to witness the elusive yet spectacular Northern Lights for herself.
Despite having been able to travel quite regularly with her family as a child, Lauren has yet to experience a Northern Lights adventure to the Arctic Circle. However, there are a few places that Lauren has set her sights on visiting in the near future to remedy this problem!
For example, she would love to travel to the wilderness of Menesjärvi in the autumn to go in search of some of the first Auroras of the season. Moreover, Lauren is keen to take part in the photography workshop and learn how to take the very best photos of the Northern Lights. Lauren also loves the idea of exploring Menesjärvi's remote wilderness as its minimal light pollution mean it gives you the best possible chance of seeing the Northern Lights.
Another place that Lauren is keen to explore is Iceland. Although it wasn’t on her bucket list before she started working at The Aurora Zone, after reading through the agendas for the Iceland trips on the website it is now somewhere that she is desperate to experience for herself. In particular, she would love to see the many incredible natural wonders that the country has to offer such as the Thingvellir National Park.
