In his quest to see the Northern Lights he enlisted the help of the self-proclaimed Aurora Addicts; an amazing family of 6 who left their home in the UK to make their dreams of hunting the lights a reality. 10 years later, they’re still hunting the Northern Lights and feeling that same adrenaline rush as the first time they witnessed the world’s greatest light show.

On this holiday to Sortland, you’ll experience Aurora hunts with Chris who’ll utilise his expert local knowledge, in conjunction with monitoring solar activity levels and weather conditions, in order to give you the greatest chance of witnessing the Northern Lights. Not only that, you will visit to some of the most beautiful parts of Northern Norway too!
Experiencing action packed evenings with the Aurora Addicts will set you up for an amazing Northern Lights adventure, but the adventure doesn’t stop there, you’ll also visit the remarkable Andøya Space Centre where you will meet with a scientist who is at the forefront of Aurora research.
